The project signifies a step change in operational approach through the introduction of new technology and importantly new ways of working.The Logistics Operations Manager holds a pivotal role in the operational transformation programme and growth strategy relating to development and management of high performing teams.Logistics Operations Managers are deployed in many of the operations key functions around inbound & outbound activity and are accountable for delivering operational excellence in efficiency, service delivery and cost through the management and development of people, processes and deployment of best practices, within a safe working environment.Role Requirements & Key Responsibilities
