Job Description

Hampton CollegeEagle Way, Hampton Vale, Peterborough, PE7 8BFHampton College is an established, successful, all-through school, which formed its own multi-academy trust (Hampton Academies Trust - HAT) in 2014. The Trust is also the education provider for the neighbouring secondary school, Hampton Gardens Schooland Hampton Lakes Primary School, which opened in September 2019. In 2020, Dogsthorpe Infant School joined our trust. HAT schools have very close links and some shared staff.Hampton College currently serves the community of Hampton, on the southern outskirts of the city of Peterborough and has good links to Cambridge and Stamford. Hampton Gardens School serves the neighbouring Cambridgeshire village of Yaxley, as well new housingbeing added to the Hampton East development, where Hampton Lakes Primary School is located.Required as soon as possibleDATA & ASSESSMENT OFFICERWe are currently looking for a strong individual to join our Data & Assessment Team. Working in collaboration with another member of the team, the successful candidate will undertake a variety of administrative duties to ensure that all assessment and datais accurate and published in accordance with school requirements.We are looking for a strong individual who has a high level of accuracy and a good eye for detail. You will be a team player with a flexible approach to your work and be willing to undertake a variety of duties as requested by the Data & Assessment Manager.You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is essential, along with the ability to learn new packages and systems.Working Hours:Up to 20 hours per week, term time plus 5 days. The additional 5 days are to be worked in agreement with the Data & Assessment Manager. Hours of work are flexible and can be negotiated with the successful candidate.Salary based on 20 hours per week/term time only plus 5 days:Data & Assessment Officer (Grade 6)Full-time salary (52 weeks) From: £24,294 to £26,421Term-time salary (20hrs per week/term time plus 5 days) From: £11,244 to £12,229What we can offer you in return:
