Job Description

One of Londons oldest lettings and sales agents (est. 1958) with 18 branches in London and international offices in China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia and Singapore require an enthusiastic and innovative Social Media Executive.You will work closely with other offices to implement their social strategy, ensuring brand awareness; interaction and engagement with the target audiences is the main focus. The ideal candidate will use their creative side to brainstorm campaign ideas andcreate fascinating content. This is a fantastic opportunity, not to be missed! A great way to grow your career within the digital space in a highly successful, global business!Roles and responsibilities of the Social Media Executive:

  • Ensure that all social media platforms are being used to their full potential and ensure they work in line with the overall social, commercial and brand strategy
  • Manage the online community on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and YouTube to ensure the engagement rate and growing the follower/fan base is targeted to the correct audience
  • Monitor and increase traffic and conversion rates across all media platforms
  • Generate personalised, engaging content for all social platforms
  • Ensure targets are met and review performance daily
  • Responsible for the daily social activities and extend brand awareness
  • Attend key events, capturing content and post across relevant channels
  • Report to the Head of Social on KPIs, ensuring clear communication, especially when executing their social strategy
Skills and attributes:
  • High level of experience and knowledge of social media
  • Experience in executing successful social media campaigns and ensuring they are planned and managed effectively
  • Development of high-quality digital and print marketing collateral, including sales and promotional literature, brochures, leaflets and factsheets - hands-on involvement with writing, conceptualisation, creative direction and execution.
  • Creative individual who is willing to work hard and thrives for success
  • Great time management skills
  • Knowledgeable with using Adobe Photoshop
  • Passionate about the social discipline
  • Outgoing individual who has a genuine passion for digital
  • Extremely organised and comfortable working in multiple fast-paced environments
