Senior Lettings NegotiatorKEY BENEFITS:

  • MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CAR
  • MUST HAVE PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN LETTINGS
  • WELL SPOKEN AND ARTICULATE
Our high end client who is a market share leader with lots of stock is seeking a driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team to let their extensive portfolio of properties. The Senior Lettings Negotiator candidate will be accomplishedat negotiating lettings contracts with both landlords and tenants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. The candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed in order to be considered for this role, in returnour client is more than happy to pay a generous salary and a strong commission structure and offer a structured career path. Must be ambitious as there is scope for fast progression with the company to management level.Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements:
  • 3 years lettings negotiator experience
  • Be able to negotiate deals adeptly
  • Drive, ambition and personality
  • Must have a Driving License and own car
  • Must be a strong deal closer
  • Must have experience of bringing on new stock as well as letting them
