Job Description

Team Assistant Location: West LondonSalary: £30,000 plus excellent benefitsAbout the company:Based in West London, my client is an innovate bio pharmaceutical company with an entrepreneurial spirit and approach. Due to the companys growth, they have created a new Team Assistant role to support the CFO, Head of Legal and Head of HR. They specialise in pharma and are researching new cures for cancer, they are extremely successful, compassionate and forward thinking.During these unprecedented times, the company have not had to furlough any of their staff.Team Assistant role summary:The primary purpose of the Team Assistant role is to support the Senior Directors and wider team to ensure the smooth running of the function.You will work across the entire organisation and help to deliver on their ambitious growth plans. The Team Assistant role will see you working with a variety of leaders and personalities, requiring high emotional intelligence and charisma.Team Assistant responsibilities:This is a wide ranging role which has a strong focus on co-ordination and operational delivery.

  • Working with key leaders to ensure that their time is managed effectively
  • Scheduling and diary/meeting management, on occasion taking minutes at key meetings and updating all relevant material to ensure alignment
  • Assistance with travel management
  • Co-ordination of multiple tasks and initiatives to tight timelines
  • Production of high quality, polished content and materials
  • Financial process support
  • Working on new and existing projects
  • Expenses management
  • Formatting presentations, preparing letters and papers for review
  • Data management, including providing operational support to compliance and control projects
  • Experience: You will be part of a growing, fast paced and focused team. They are looking for a Team Assistant who is self-motivated, a multi-tasker, has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships.Essentials:
  • Experience working in a corporate progressive and fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience of strong administrative and operational delivery
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant/Administrator/Team Assistant
  • Natural ability to influence, problem solve and complete tasks quickly
  • Comfortable with data and with a high attention to detail
  • Proven experience of strong administrative and operational delivery
  • Highly organised, with strong prioritisation skills
  • Ultimately, a real desire to learn
  • Experience of working in Life Sciences would be desirable
  • Degree educated or equivalent would be desirable
