A rare opportunity has come up to work for my client a medical research organisation who are looking to appoint a hard services manager at a new build near Hammersmith.They are looking for someone that has the following skills / experience of;Leading complex Hard Services, staff and budgets gained within either a public or commercial sectorLeading multi-stakeholder projects and management of end user requirementsContractor selection and management including tender cycle, KPI/SLA audit and managementPrevious experience of relocation management and refurbishments highly desirableBuilding management including PPMs Reactive works, contract management, incident reporting, budget management including quotations, report writing and ensuring the health, safety and compliance is all in line with recent legislation are just some of theduties required.Ideally you will have a NEBOSH or CIBSE qualificationSalary up to 56k (possible room for a slight negotiation for the right person)Feel free to email me directly or call
