Job Description

FRS-UK are actively recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a high-tech start-up company based in Hammersmith.Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Managing the CEOs diary and ensuring he has all the information he needs at the beginning of the working day.
  • Supporting the CEO with his email management with full access during the day, proactively flagging items and responding to emails where appropriate
  • Supporting the CEOs travel plans including overseas booking ensuring most cost effective, appropriate travel is booked
  • Supporting the CEO with the development of presentations, documents and reports
  • Serve as the point person for supporting day-to-day office management duties including:
    • Mailing
    • Provide any general support required to ensure smooth running of weekly company lunchtime meeting
    • Support planning of any ad-hoc company wide in-house or off-site meetings
  • Work as part of the wider team contributing to a culture of openness, transparency, high trust and highly productive team-working.
RequirementsKey Skills and Experience
  • Significant experience as an executive assistant supporting senior management
  • Prior experience of complex travel arrangements
  • Good experience with MS Office and Google Suite
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge and Understanding
  • Significant experience supporting senior leaders
  • Experience of booking overseas travel
Desirable

The role is office-based, Monday to Friday. Hours 9.00am to 5.30am.
