Job Description

Digital Marketer, LondonAbout the roleWe are seeking a Digital Marketing expert in a newly defined role to support our aspiration to use modern digital marketing tools and techniques to improve our client offerings by better understanding their customer journeys, as well as being able to understand where we can optimise our conversion funnel set up and related products.Role & ResponsibilitiesYou’re a self-starter, passionate about Digital marketing and thriving by providing results from your hands-on style and passion for articulating your marketing skills to the benefit of all stakeholders. Day-to-day you’ll be working alongside the product team, as well as regularly interacting with stakeholders and customers.

  • Experience in B2B sales-cycle
  • SME in digital marketing techniques, set up and execution
  • Know the customer (and know how to know!)
  • Own end-to-end marketing touchpoints across all customer journeys and conversations
  • Curate and tailor public content and comms to ensure clarity, consistency and quality
  • Create rich contents including blog posts, notifications, reports to attract and engage qualified traffic
  • Conversion funnels and goals
  • Optimise our technology set up for the SoMe channels
  • Experienced and up-to-date with modern digital marketing experiences and stack (tools, software, data, analytics, what’s new)
  • Support SaaS Sales and Operations Strategy formulation and execution
  • Drive relationship with internal stakeholders on planning and execution
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Relevant and demonstratable hands-on experience
  • CRM Tools: Salesforce, Intercom and other marketing automation tools
  • Marketing Tools: Adwords, Google Ads, PPC and paid advertising tools
  • Email marketing: SendGrid or similar and building HTML emails with tools like Stripo
  • SEO and SEM: Technical and Content, keyword research
  • SEO Tools: experienced with tools such as Search Console, Moz, Ryte, ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEM Rush
  • Google Marketing Platform: Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager, Search Ads 360
  • Customer Data and Automation: Segment or similar visitor/customer data tools
  • SoMe Marketing & Analytics: Iconosquare Hootsuite, Buffer, Oktopost or similar
  • Excellent copywriting skills, fluent in written and spoken English
  • Preferred Candidates
  • SaaS, BPO or B2B Platform Experience
  • CMS Experience - Nice to have headless CMS experience such as Contentful
  • Experience in creating assets with tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Sketch or similar
  • Experiences with Agile processes and tools such as Monday, Asana, Jira
