£10.90 Per Hour + Uncapped BonusCentral HamiltonMonday - Thursday 11am-8pm, Friday 10am-2pmSales AdvisorSearch Consultancy are delighted to be working with our rapidly expanding South Lanarkshire based client as they expand their Sales Advisor team. Our client are a well-funded business, in process of launching their second product into the Scottish market aftera fantastic year of growth and expect high levels of customer demand going forward. Joining a team in which focuses on engaging with customers across calls and webchat, answering product/service questions, tailoring products to meet requirements, there is excellent scope to earn fantastic bonus selling a product which customers have enquiredabout, have an interest in or have previously engaged with the business to buy products. If you have a background in sales or a desire to build one, this is not one to miss. The RoleInbound Sales AdvisorAs the Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, answering questions, assessing needs and ultimately closing sales. Our client are backed by a strong existing customer base and significant advertising spend which generates customerproduct demand.

  • Take inbound calls from customers to answer enquiries on products
  • Engage with customers through webchat and convert this to call to close a sale
  • Speak with existing customers to offer new products
  • Provide an excellent customer service experience
