Job Description

OVERVIEW Our client has have an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Fork Lift Truck Driver and Warehouseman to join their team! Our clients team are responsible for delivering world-class service and time critical parcels to their customers.Hours of work are 5 over 7 between 22.00 and 05.30You will work closely with their Team, who will support you to execute a busy Warehouse role. You will be accountable for the safe loading and uploading of stock from their HGVs into the warehouse, and will be required to support your colleagues to pack,scan and sort items ready for despatch.And, lets not forget, youll be joining one of the UKs largest and most recognised distribution brands, where career, personal development and going the extra mile is at the heart of their company ethos. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Assemble customer supplies according to packing specifications
  • Support stock counts and movements
  • Check the quality of packed orders
  • Keep the warehouse safe, clean and tidy
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies
  • Unload, sort, scan and record deliveries
WHAT YOU NEED
  1. FLT Licence
  2. Positive can do and hardworking approach to work
  3. Appetite for supporting colleagues
  4. Physically fit to meet the demands of a warehouse environment
  5. Problem-solving skills
  6. Computer literate
  7. An ability to prioritise and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
  8. Comfortable working to strict deadlines
