This roleAs Night Concierge you will provide first contact and security to the customers at night in the Mental Health supported housing scheme. The post-holder will be responsible for controlling access to the building, dealing with emergencies, carrying out Healthand Safety checks and communicating any concerns or events to the rest of the team.What you`ll need to succeedAs this is a lone working role experience in a similar role is essential and any experience of supporting vulnerable adults would be an advantage. You also need to be able to demonstrate a passion to deliver excellent service to vulnerable adults in a dignifiedmanner.
