Just Recruitment is working with a growing, well-regarded organisation based on the outskirts of Halstead, they are looking to add a Maintenance Engineer - Night Shift to their existing team.The key purpose of the role is to provide immediate support in the event of a machinery breakdown and ensuring all machinery and services are in good working order - ready for production.You must have experience of repairing, maintaining and completing fault finding tasks on manufacturing equipment - also completing all PPM tasks as required.Experience required:Provide support to all departmentsHave Skills and knowledge of what is required from an EngineerWilling to learnAbility to give instructionsCompletion of risk assessmentsEnsure that you maintain safety in line with the company policys and strive to improve safety in all departments.Continually monitor and strive to improve on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Excellent communicatorCommunicate with all departments across site with any relevant issues or information.Provide accurate statistical information to other departments where requested.Completion of all paperwork on timeReporting InformationTo attend daily/weekly meetings with appropriate information as and when requiredMotivated/Driven/JFDI AttitudePositive attitudeLead by example, behaving appropriately with a "Can Do" attitude at all times in line with the company values and work policy.CommittedAspiration to bring the company forwardEmpoweredStrong Team SkillsForward ThinkingPart of a teamKPI DrivenExcellent time keeperLeads by driving ideas to reduce Carbon Footprint as well as cultural change to all staffWorking hours:: Your normal working hours are from 22:00pm-06:00am, Sunday Night-Thursday Night, other shift patterns may be required to cover holidays/sickness etc.Free parking and excellent company benefits are available.
