Job Description

Do you want to earn a minimum of £440 per week Were looking for a Hatchery Operative to join our team at our Hatchery in Rayne, Essex!No experience necessary, full training is provided!Whats in it for you

*Ts & Cs applyWorking Hours41.5 hours per weekMONDAY06:3016:15TUESDAY - 06:3016:15WEDNESDAY06:3015:00THURSDAY - 06:3016:15FRIDAY - 06:3016:15We can offer temporary or permanent contract!FTC - 6 MONTHSFTC - 3 MONTHSAbout the roleAs a Hatchery Operative, working as a part of the Hatchery Team, youll help assist the hatchery and play a key role in the daily duties which are fundamental to our entire business.Ensuring chicks are sorted into the required grades and quantities, ready for farm deliveryAssisting in the effective movement of eggs from storage to incubating machines and then to hatching machinesCleaning all equipment after use to the required high standardsSafeguarding bio security and following these strict proceduresObserving bird welfare and health and safety on site at all timesWhat are we looking for
  • A good level of English and basic numeracy skills
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
  • Relevant experience is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided
