A sports and fitness retailer/brand in West Yorkshire are looking to recruit a Social Media Executive£Depending on Experience + Bonus + Private Medical + Hybrid Working + Flexible Working HoursTHE COMPANYA sports and fitness retailer/brand in West Yorkshire have created a new role in their marketing team as part of their ongoing growth. We have helped them grow over the last 3 years as their exclusive recruitment partner bringing fantastic people to thebrand - theyre now looking to grow their marketing team again by creating another two roles for Marketing Execs to focus on Social Media. The company is made up of outgoing, creative people and the company offers benefits including yearly bonuses and privatemedical. They have a flexible approach to working hours and home/office working. Commutable from Leeds, North Manchester, Burnley, Blackburn, Bradford, Rochdale, Halifax, Huddersfield and surrounding areas.THE ROLE

  • Owning the social content calendar
  • Working on special projects with influencers to generate content
  • Identify, outreach, and engage with key social media influencers to increase brand awareness and social engagement
  • Idea generation for campaigns, content and concepts
  • Recommend improvements to increase social media performance
  • Assist with reporting & tracking of campaigns
  • Be reactive to content trends and key customer moments to drive viral moments and social engagement
ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role you will need to have some demonstrable experience in a similar social media marketing role, ideally from an ecommerce retailer. You will be able to manage your own workload and juggle multiple projects. You must be able todrive due to their location.THE REWARDThe company offers a lot of flexibility with working hours and have always offered a mix of home and office working.
