Global consumer durables product manufacturer.Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager and working within a growing team of 10 spanning digital, marketing and creative, the new Affiliate and Earned Media Exec will increase brand and product awareness, and help to increase online sales through the building of influencer generated content containing affiliate links.- Create an influencer and affiliate partner recruitment strategy- Manage a database of, and build strong relationships with, new and existing active influencers and affiliate partners- Negotiating contracts and ensuring that influencer generated content is on brand- Actively monitoring sentiment and performance of the content- Working with other marketing colleagues in order to align influencer activity with live campaigns or product launches, or to capitalise on opportunities that arise from earned mediaThe Affiliate and Earned Media Exec role could suit Affiliate Marketing Exec, Influencer Outreach or Influencer Manager, Earned Media Exec, or Online PR Account Exec looking for a new challenge in a large, highly successful and exciting business that is growing at an Impressive rate. Candidates should come with at least 2 years experience in a relevant role, and have some or all of the following - Have a deep understanding of the various social channels, especially video - Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, Snapchat- An awareness of existing trends, the ability to identify new trends, and to find the influencers who are having the biggest impact- Great relationship building skills, and the ability to commercially leverage those relationships- Understanding of sales funnels, using data to review campaign effectiveness and conversion- A degree and or associated vocational qualifications relevant to the roleThe Affiliate and Earned Media Exec will be joining a business established over twenty-five years ago.
