Job Title: Social Media ExecutiveLocation: HalesowenSalary: £20,000 - £25,000Contract: PermanentDuties of the Social Media Executive:* Work with the Marketing team and other managers to design external communications * Create engaging content that encourages audience interaction with the brand, being consistent with brand message and guidelines across all channels * Adapt content to appeal to all target audiences, increasing engagement with social media across all audiences * Keep track of competitor communications, ensuring our own brand is differentiated and unique * Present the brand at events, maintaining the integrity and message of the brand * Organise social influencer outreach programmes* Monitor and optimise social channel performance* Social media and website data analysis* Collaboration with the graphic designer to create visual contentSkills and experience required of the Social Media Executive:* Editorial or content experience - either from a pure editorial background or in a communications function, e g. PR, writing editorial content for online and media channels, employee communications* Excellent written communication skills * Proven attention to detail* Strong project management skills* Experience of using appropriate tools to manage and analyse data (e.g. Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush etc) and excellent knowledge of social media and how to grow an audience * Experience of implementing Social Media campaigns* Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in Digital/Social Media* Experience using Photoshop (or equivalent) is advantageous
