Job Description

I am currently working with a prestigious financial recovery firm to recruit an Insolvency Administrator for full time permanent basis for their office based in Hainault.Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.30.Salary is £25,000.Benefits include career progression + pension scheme + private healthcare.Key Responsibilities:

  • Running your own portfolios that include corporate and personal insolvency cases.
  • Prepare reports in accordance with statutory requirements and any other correspondence as required.
  • Dealing with cases from inception to closure.
  • Dealing with daily queries on cases.
  • Undertaking investigations into assets as required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Scanning (including use of paperless office system).
  • Sending out of reports and uploading documents to our website.
  • Answering the phone.
  • Working with the team to complete tasks.
  • Responsibility for additional ad-hoc tasks.
  • Personal Specification:
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar insolvency role.
  • A positive attitude, ability to learn and be a good team player.
  • An organised and positive approach to work.
  • Ability to cope under stress and work to tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of insolvency practice software, Microsoft Office, including excel and word.
