Job Description

My client is looking for a well organised, great with clients and efficient. Someone with experience in accounts administration, purchase ledger experience or accounts payable experience would be benificial for this role. My client is a leading company in facilities management. Looking to expand their team based in Essex. This is a temperary role with the posibility of perminant placement. Job role

  • Review and manage all completed WO from CNR and "pots"
  • Review completed WO paperwork and add missing:
-Job sheets -Labour costs -Material costs and Mark up
  • Submit WO docs to client portals
  • Monitor completed WO for client approval
  • Raise and apply for multiple and individual invoices
  • Apply costs for all completed works
  • Receive and process client approval certificates
  • Receive and respond to client invoice and cost queries and rejections
Monitor and drive improvement in supplier performance to ensure quality of service and value for money and service level agreements. What experience do I need
  • Have a can-do attitude and the ability to think out of the box in a positive way to find solutions
  • Have strong communication and planning skills along with the ability to get the best from our engineers
  • Deliver a high level of customer service
  • Take pride in my work and always set exceptional standards
