Job Description

Credit Controller Hainault£ depends on experience / possibly up to £30,000 9-5pm Office basedThis is an excellent opportunity to join a small and thriving commercial business who have doubled their turnover in the last few years. This is a newly created role due to the growth of the business. You will report to the Credit & Payroll Manager and bepart of a finance team of 9.

  • Managing a £1.5 million ledger across 40 live accounts with a high volume of transactions
  • Chasing debts by telephone, letter and email
  • Investigating and resolving queries
  • Chasing internal recruitment consultants to help resolve queries on the ledger
  • Clearing a fair amount of aged debt on this ledger
  • Allocating cash, sending copy invoices, raising credit notes and write offs
  • Reconciling accounts
Requirements
  • Previous credit control experience ideally within the recruitment industry or with NHS customer base
  • Experience of the whole credit control function not just chasing of debts
  • Good at building internal relationships and resolving queries
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Able to be part of a team environment
