I am looking for a Client Services Manager, for a family run, prestigious business, who have over 20 stores within the UK, to be based from their head office on the outskirts of Leeds.The role will be heading up a very busy inbound & outbound Client services team of 12, through their day to day roles.I am ideally looking for an experienced team leader, or team manager with experience in a smaller scale call centre setting, who is familiar with collating and analysing data to provide effective solutions to the marketing manager and improve existing processes.You will be responsible for line managing, driving performance, and inspiring the customer advisors to hit their targets and KPIs.Excellent communication skills are an absolute must, along with Microsoft office experience, especially Word & Excel.The role is Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm - Salary is negotiable from £28,000 - £34,000.If you are interested please send an up to date below#Recruitment#callcentre#customerservice#outboundcalls#inboundcalls#communications#managementroles#teamleader#officelife#recruiting#hiring#Leeds#Lookingforwork#immediatestart Required skills
