Contracts & Billing Administrator £19,000 - £23,00025 DAYS HOLIDAY (PLUS BANKS)PENSIONANNUAL BONUS EMPLOYEE INCENTIVESGREAT WORKING HOURS.Guiseley, Leeds. Easily commutable as close to railway links.One of my Independent and very well-established clients in their Industry, based in Leeds are looking for a Contracts and Billing Administrator.This client has a great a fun and lively office and are looking for you to support the customer services team.This is a great opportunity for you if you administration, enjoy the pressure that comes with working in a administration office, as a critical part of this team you will need to bring with you your positive energy, excellent administrative & databasemanagement skills, process applications, you will ideally have contract exposure and have the ability to manage timescales effectively and communicate well.You will need to be familiar with Microsoft Excel including V look ups as you will be updating daily spreadsheets for billing and pricing data for customers.The position involves processing contracts, legal documentation, plans, setting up payments plans with customers, Direct Debits, letter writing and managing project times scales , generating invoices for customers, issuing and applying credit notes, managingupgrades and installations for customers, and updating customer accounts accurately. This is a very admin focused role. Working well under pressure as you know comes hand in hand with this type of position, if you have the ability to react well to administrative tasks I would really like to speak with you.Your high attention to detail and positive attitude would be welcomed with this client along with excellent administration and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel Well organised and able to work to deadlines Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a high-pressured environment under own initiative and take ownership of issues and solutionsA competitive salary is offered £19,000 - £23,000 with an excellent holiday allowance, full training, free on-site parking and pension.
