Job Description

Bar Manager, Bradford Golf Club, LS20

  • 40+ hours per week, over 5 days
  • Evenings and weekends required
  • Up to £25,000 depending on experience
  • Ensure the smooth running of the bar
  • Change barrels & Gas
  • Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Serve drinks at the bar and to tables.
  • Ordering off stock
  • Supervising staff & organising weekly rotas
  • Handle cash and card payments and put through the till.
  • Collect glasses and clear tables.
  • Cashing and locking up at the end of the night.
  • Setting up for events and making sure the bar is well-stocked.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Cellar maintenance including removing empty barrels
  • Work alongside the current management team to over see internal & external golf & social functions
