Overview:3 busy estate agency branches that consistently sells over 20 new house sales per month, require an experienced mortgage broker or a mortgage adviser from a banking or building society background to work with their Guisborough office, where you will receive new leads on a day to day to basis.Our client will also offer the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week and handle the mortgage enquiries.Main Duties:Working alongside the financial services focused team of sales negotiators and an experienced branch manager, you will offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to the new clients that are generated on a day-to-day basis.As well as receiving regular introductions, you will also have access to the existing client database, where you can offer remortgage and protection advice to the loyal existing clients database.Our client will also the opportunity to work from home 3 - 4 days a week, allowing you to have full control over your diary, providing you meet the clients’ expectations.Key Skills:It is essential that you hold the full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) along with competent adviser status (CAS) and have a good track record of providing advice on mortgages.Ideally you will have worked with professional introducers including estate agents or banks or building societies.You should also be ambitious, highly driven, goal orientated, highly personable and presentable and be able to generate activity from a selection of introducers.ummary:This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to cover 3 busy estate agency offices in the Guisborough area where you will earn over £60k, with flexible working hours.Job Title:Mortgage BrokerLocation:GuisboroughBryn McMillan Consulting Vacancy Ref:Y1264MBMCRemuneration:£22,000 - £26,000 basic plus £4k car allowance bonuses paid monthly, pension, DIS and an OTE of £60k - £70kContact:Bryn McMillanManaging DirectorBryn McMillan Consulting Required skills
