Job Description

Care Home Manager, Redcar and Cleveland area, £30-40kAn established privately owned business, that provide quality residential care for the elderly is recruiting for a Care Home Manager to manage one of their homes.Duties:

  • Oversee the daily running of the home
  • Establish relationships with their residents and their families
  • Provide Leadership to all staff members in order to deliver the highest possible care within a safe environment
  • Manage the effective use of resources and maintain high levels of occupancy within the home
  • Manage the budget for the home
  • Manage all safe guarding within the home
  • Continue and develop on the working relationship with local authorities
    • Requirements
  • Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care or Residential Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience working as a Manager within Elderly Care Settings
  • Experience of working in an environment with a minimum of 30 beds
  • Leadership experience
    • Hours 37.5hrs/week, although flexibility is required as its a 24/7 operation. Some weekends and evening work will be required Required skills
