Job Description

Attention, this Guildford dealership needs YOU! Workshop Team Manager required for a state of the art facility representing a versatile and affordable brand with big ambitions for the future.The RoleYou will be managing a small team of 9 Technicians, ensuring the workshop is running as smoothly as possible. This will include monitoring the efficiency of the Technicians and profitability is being maximised using any and all materials, equipment and labour resources.What They Need in You

  • You will need to have proven leadership; someone the team can aspire to become like. Therefore, experience as a Workshop Controller or Workshop Manager is essential.
  • They feel it is all about driving the team to deliver, a big part of this is conducting regular staff reviews. This is something you will need to be familiar with also.
  • Someone who is dedicated to getting the job done and willing to the extra mile for the team and customers.
    • The PackageThey will be offering the successful candidate a basic salary between £27,000 - £30,000 with additional bonus taking your OTE to £32,000 - £35,000.You will be required to work Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm, with an hour for lunch. Saturdays will be contracted to 1 in 2, however as things stand you will only be required to work 1 in 3, 8am - 1pm.Please note on a Saturday you will be required to work on the front desk.If you would like to know more then please apply to this advert.
