A large, growing technology-focused business is looking for a proven UX / UI Designer due to growth. This is a hybrid rolewith approximately 2 days per week in the Guildford area. The successful candidate will be solely responsible for designing / transforming the UX for a range of in-house / client solutions by understanding business requirements / technical limitations, and translate them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journeymaps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven experience in a Digital Designer, Web Designer, UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role with a background in UX/UI design. It is essential to have exposure to transferring business requirementsinto conceptual designs (wireframes, sitemaps, flowcharts) as well as strong IT skills (UX software such as Sketch / OmniGraffle / Axure, and ideally basic HTML / CSS / JavaScript). The idealcandidate will also have a relevant Design, IT or Marketing Bachelorsdegree.This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding business in a role that offers excellent technical exposure - perfect for candidates looking to work with demanding Product Owners, Consultants and High-End clients looking to develop an IT career in aglobal business. This UX / UIDesigner role is paying up to £55,000 depending on experience plus benefits including group contributory pension and 25 days annual leave.
