Technical ArtistI’m working with a highly successful games studio based in Guildford who is looking for a Technical Artist to join their successful team. They are looking for someone proven experience creating animation rigs for characters and creatures. You will also work closely with the animation and art teams to improve the quality of all content.Your role will involve creating and defining animation rigs for creatures, characters, and props, as well as owning the skinning process for various rig assets.Essential skills;-Comfortable with all types of character & prop deformation-Ability to see potential issues and provide solutions- Experience working as a technical artist on AAA titles- Experience with rigging pipelines- Understanding of art authoring packagesDesirable skills;- Experience with Unreal Engine- Maya.
