Specification Sales Manager - Construction ProductsArea: Southern Home Counties ( Kent Surrey & Sussex )The Company recruiting a Specification Sales ManagerOur client are a manufacturer of a unique external construction products that are used within the commercial and domestic building industry. These products are both an aesthetic and functional product and offer extraordinary USPs. This specified productnot only offer a cost saving solution but also environmentally friendly. Therefore, specifiers looking for green solutions often favour this solution on retrofit projects. Our client, have an excellent company culture and offer career prospects for their SpecificationSales Managers.The Role of Specification Sales ManagerThis is a field / home based Specification Sales Manager Role role. As Specification Sales Manager you will win specifications and follow the process through to contractor and back sell through distribution partners. You will work on retrofit projects withinthe construction industry both on the commercial and domestic side. As Specification Sales Manager you will call on Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Social Housing Providers, Architects and approved Contractors - you will then back sell through distributors.The project led sales cycle will see the Specification Sales Manager deal with a multitude of stakeholders including Asset Managers, Maintenance teams and specifiers. Project values are typically up to £100k and you will be tasked with developing your region.The Candidate
  • The successful Specification Sales Manager can come from any specification / project led construction sales background. For example, candidates with heavy side construction, light-side interiors, KBB, lighting, building envelopes.(specification) will beconsidered.
  • Most importantly you must come with a solid track record and have longevity in most of your previous role(s).
  • My client will also consider graduates with 18 months experience.
