Working closely with a range of healthcolleagues, we assist discharge and support and assess for ongoing support when the person leaves hospital. We have a strong emphasis on promoting personal and professional development and are keen on staff progression. This is a very rewarding role; one wherewe are able to offer invaluable help to people at a time of crisis.Our Waverley Locality team (based in Godalming): Waverley is a friendly and supportive team of workers, including social workers, occupational therapists, social care assistants and admin collaboratively working to support residents in thecommunity.
