Time Zero is very pleased to offer this role as a Motorcycle Aftersales Advisor (Service Advisor) in a busy Main Dealer environment.This business is privately owned and focuses on its staff as its greatest asset.The Aftersales Advisor (Service Advisor) roleRequires meeting and greeting customers every day, on the phone and in person.You will convert these customers into Service bookings and Parts sales. You will be the main point of contact and be able to keep the customer up to date during the progress of their work.You will have a range of communication skills and be able to assist with the promotion and sale of Motorcycle equipment and accessories.Once invoiced you will hand the vehicle back and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and data quality.The best Advisors are able to multi task and lead the customer through the work carried out.
