Job Description

Senior Sustainability ConsultantRef: BM084My client is an independent sustainability consultancy and have been at the forefront of raising environmental performance of buildings for almost 20 years. My client is looking for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their offices in Guilford.Responsibilities for the Senior Sustainability consultant role:

  • Taking the lead of the clients Net Zero team and carrying out day to day running of the company through Senior management
  • Providing high quality strategic advice on a range of services that include Whole Life Carbon Assessments, Circular economy statements, ESG strategy, and Net Zero roadmaps for example.
  • Working alongside the design team on a variety of high-profile projects, whilst producing high-quality reports for clients
  • Expand the client offerings for the company within sustainability and develop a robust pipeline
Requirements for the Senior Sustainability Consultant role include:
  • MSc in a Sustainability field
  • Strong experience within the built environment
  • Experience with advising on Net-zero buildings
  • Experience with OneClick LCA Software
  • Knowledge of RICS WLC guidance methodology and circular economy principles and reporting
  • Experience with managing projects, building client relationships, and providing low carbon material and solutions to lower embodied carbon
