Senior Payroll Specialist - Guildford - up to £35k depending on experienceReputable company in Guildford are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis to add value in the wider payroll team.This is an 100% remote working role where full support and equipment will be provided for the foreseeable, with flexible working options available when out of restrictions.The ideal candidate will have up to date knowledge of all payroll legislations and have extensive experience of processing multiple payrolls, including weekly, biweekly and monthly. Including processing starters, leavers and employee changes. Calculate and process overtime, bonus payments and statutory payments including SMPs, SSPs and SPPs.You will also be required to raise monthly, yearly payments and reports by 3rd parties and HMRC, resolving any queries from employees and the business on all payroll matters.You will be leading on projects to identify process improvements and documentation of payroll processes and proceduresThe business have some exciting projects planned and are aiming to migrate to a new payroll platform so the ideal candidate would need to want to share the vision and be comfortable in a changing landscape.You will confident with your skills set with the ability to support the Payroll Manager and deputise for management of the team if requiredPaying up to £35k per annum depending on experience, you will need to be available on up to a months notice to be considered for this position.Please quote 46702 when calling Sophie Lennon at Alexander Lloyd or email them at .
