A Senior .Net Developer with solid C# and ASP.Net, MVC and .Net Core is required by our client near Guildford, Surrey. A salary of up to £60k is available.The Senior .Net Developer will be a personable and proven Lead Developer to provide technical leadership for a small team of .NET developers. You’ll be hands-on coding yourself as well as making sure the whole team creates great quality software. Most importantly you’ll be responsible for helping team members develop their technical skills and contribute their best ideas.The Senior .Net Developer will have responsibility for developing and maintaining the product suite and helping the development team produce high quality software. You will be responsible for checking and signing off pull requests from other developers and liaising with internal stakeholders to accurately predict product deliverables.Technically you will have a proven interest and ability in developing software systems which will include developing software, refactoring code, designing systems and working on solutions with a range of other technical personnel. Strong knowledge and experience in ORM Framework / Entity Framework. C#, ASP.Net MVC/Web, .Net Core, API and JavaScript are essential as well as AJAX and SQL Server.Required skills:- Software Team Leadership skills- Solid .Net Development background in ASP.Net and .Net Core- Experience of complex Object-Oriented Windows and Web applications- ORM framework such as Entity Framework- C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web, .Net Core, API, AJAX, JavaScript, SQL Server- Agile methodology and version control systems- Unit test and mocking frameworksAny knowledge of GIS/Mapping or experience in the Transport sector is useful, but non-essential.
