We deliver next generation communications and intelligence solutions for law enforcement agencies and compliance solutions for telecommunications companies.At the forefront of this vision is our globally successful IntelligenceReveal solution. This suite of tools provides an analytical platform that is designed to deliver complex all-source solutions built upon open, mature, modern and flexible frameworks.This solution is used to analyse data from one, or many, sources including open source data and the Dark Web.Working within a small focussed team, working with some of the latest technologies to ingest millions of records per second into massively scalable data stores, and then process that data to provide actionable intelligence.Our Scrum Masters areresponsible for doing anything possible to help the Product Owner and Developers perform at their highest level as a whole Scrum team and support the process to enable the team to successfully deliver. This involves removing any impedimentsto progress, facilitating meetings, working with the Product Owner to make sure the Product Backlog is in good shape and ready for the next sprint, gathering team level metrics and generally ensuring Scrum is understood and enacted correctly.Scrum Masters do this by ensuring that the Scrum Team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules. The Scrum Master helps those outside the Scrum Team understand which of their interactions with the Scrum Team are helpful and which arent.
