Job Description

Sales Manager - Heat PumpsBase Salary £35k-45k (depending on experience) + Car/Allowance + Commission + Pension + Benefits.Location - covering Guildford, Farnborough, Berkshire, Surrey areas.Superb opportunity to join a growing renewable energy organisation, ideally youll have a strong sales background and knowledge within the renewable heating market and in particular with air source and ground source heat pump solutions.Job Role:

  • Responsible for the sale of mainly air source heat pumps into residential sectors, new build developments and customer customers.
  • Youll be responsible for the complete sales cycle from handling the initial enquiry / quotation through to closing of the sale and then also liaising with and managing the project right through to completion.
  • Dealing with the customer at all stages of the process.
  • New business development as well as working from exisiting warm / qualified leads.
  • As the role / business expands then youll likely cross into other renewable products such as Solar, Biomas etc.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
  • Good sales background is essential.
  • You must also have knowledge of the renewable heating / energy market, ideally with Heat Pumps however may consider other relevant technologies.
  • Ideally this opportunity would suit an ex-plumbing / heating engineer who has moved into sales and understands the industry.
  • Good relationship building, account management and business development skills required.
