Salary: £16,700 per annum plus AccommodationJob Location: Guildford, Reeve CourtHours: 35 hours per weekContract Type: PermanentOperating Company: Grange Property ManagementAre you customer focused, confident and logical with excellent communication skillsGrange Property Management are looking for a resident scheme manager to look after our properties at .With a can do attitude youll prioritise and manage your own workload independently.This is a varied and customer facing role supporting residents in maintaining their well-being and independence. Lone working youll have support from your Regional Manager and Head Office Team along with a Training and Support Assistant.Organised and able to work on multiple tasks, youll have a general understanding of building maintenance as youll be responsible for the general management of the building including organising repairs and maintenance of communal areas as well as to thestructure of the property. Youll also manage contractors including weekly cleaning, gardening and bi monthly window cleaning.Youll be an excellent communicator who enjoys working closely with people from all backgrounds, able to develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors and clients.As the first point of contact for any resident complaints, leasehold enquires or property alterations youll be able to empathise with the resident age group which is typically 60 plus. Youll carry out regular compliance and health and safety checks andmanage insurance claims following appropriate policies and procedures.As a lone worker youll be resilient and self-motivated as well as an excellent team player able to reach out and engage with the wider team.A good standard of IT knowledge and understanding is an important factor within the Scheme Managers role, you will be required to use applications such as Outlook and Word.Our scheme at Reeve Court has 48 one bedroom proprieties spread over 4 blocks with communal gardens, a residents lounge, laundry and a managers office. There is also one allocated parking space for the scheme manager within the communal car parking area.Our managers accommodation is a 3 bed house located on the corner of the main block with its own private entrance. Youll be responsible for your own bills such as Council tax, Electricity, TV Licence, etc. Water bills and contents insurance will be paidby Grange Management Ltd.What you can expect from us Here at Grange were dedicated to rewarding hard work and commitment and providing benefits that support you and your lifestyle.
