We believe our culture and values empower our people to deliver operational excellence, whilst putting the safety and wellbeing of our people and customers at the forefront of everything we do.We are currently looking to recruit Reinstatement Supervisors working in the Crawley, Brighton, Eastbourne & kent area you will be responsible for the workforce comprising of black & white top reinstatement teams, grabs, and runners.Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17.00Salary: negotiable depending on experience.Must be able to :Manage and plan the backfill & reinstatement of excavationsControl of costs - manpower, material, and plantCarry out regular site audits, inspections, and plant checksEnsure the quality of work is maintained to NRSWA standardEnsure site safety standards are maintainedBe able to plan works accordinglyAttendance of council meetings to discuss reinstatement requirementsThe experience we are looking for in a candidate :NRSWA Supervisor AccreditationsPrevious experience in reinstatement in a similar environment (water, gas, telecoms)Have experience within the utility industryHave experience of working to NRSWA standardsHigh attention to detail Required skills
