Job Description

** React Developer, Remote (Company based in Surrey), £60k to £65k **Avanti Recruitment is currently partnering with a Surrey based Software Company who are in an exciting position at the moment in terms of growth and success.They have an interesting requirement for a talented React Developer to take the lead with front end development.What is on offer

  • Take the lead on front end development using React.js and other modern technologies

  • Work remotely or go into the office (post COVID) if you prefer to do so, lovely offices in Surrey area
  • Report into a CTO that is passionate about developing his staff and making sure they are enjoying their roles
    • The role;You will be helping to decide which technologies to use for new products in some cases and also either rewriting some of the stuff from scratch or migrating to new tech.You will work with a top digital agency for some of the new products and you will be working on the whole design piece using Figma for the UX.As well as making sure the existing and new UI/UX is excellent, you will be coding with React and ideally React Native, guiding the rest of the team on best practice.You will be working with APIs in a Laravel environment.Technical requirements;
  • Excellent experience of Front End Development, HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), JavaScript
  • Strong experience using React and ideally React Native or an interest in React Native
  • Experience working with APIs
  • Experience with Node.js or Laravel would be a bonus
  • UX experience or experience of working with UX Designers (or an agency) to implement design systems
  • Experience of Figma or similar (Axure etc) or at least an interest in UX
