Job Description

Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a rapidly expanding service business based in Guildford. We are recruiting a fully Qualified Management Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) to join the team on a contract basis, tasked with taking ownership of various projects, maintaining and delivering all financial information and ensuring accurate reports are delivered to key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:-

  • Ensure Revenue is recognised accurately with full reconciliations
  • Accruals & Prepayments
  • Fixed Asset Reporting
  • VAT Reconciliation and submission
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Production of Management Accounts (P&L, BS and Cashflow)
  • Analysis and investigation on variances to budget and forecast
  • Financial KPI Reporting
  • Production of annual budgets and monthly re-forecasting
  • Design and implementation of new processes and controls
  • Support on adhoc
    • This is initially a 4 month assignment, but is likely to roll on. Although this is predominately a work from home assignment, you will be expected to be available to be office based when required and this role could return to office based working. Therefore, only those who live within a reasonable commute of Guildford will be considered. Required skills
