Job Description

Our client has experienced exceptional growth and is building an enthusiastic team of people to join their already established company, based in the outskirts of Guildford. They have developed a new role for a Project Manager who will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the companys operations and growth. There will be travel on a weekly basis with some overnight stays. You will be working in a desirable and exciting sector dealingwith high network individuals.Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and management of the teams, liaising with clients, architects, structural engineers and suppliers.
  • Co-ordinate supply of materials, drawings, organisation of logistics, team management and motivation.
  • Daily interaction and reporting to management on progress of projects.
  • Attending management meetings face-to-face and on video calls.
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all projects.
  • Suggesting improvements to build processes and methodology and introducing modular build technologies such as SIPS.
  • Managing build budgets and maximising profits.
  • Ability to travel very regularly throughout the UK with overnight stays.
Required:
  • Minimum A-level equivalent in Mathematics, English. An HND or equivalent in construction advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and man-management skills
  • Demonstrable experience in executing building/construction projects
  • Understanding trends and best practice in modular building technology
  • Technical skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Project Management Software and CRM
  • Excellent written, verbal, numeracy, and communication skills with ability to deal with high network individuals.
  • Self-motivated and tenacious

  • Ability to work whilst mobile
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Decision making skills with the ability to respond and deal with real-time issues
