Are you experienced in retail with a passion for interior design Do you love talking to customers about styling their homes If so we have a vacancy for a part time Product Consultant in our Guildford Showroom.As Product Consultant you will carry out design consultations where your enthusiasm for interior design will show through as you showcase our range of products to our customers. Excellent communication skills are required to understand the customers requirementsand relay them back to our network of advisors to allow them to carry out successful in-home consultations. You will be responsible for booking appointments with our specialist in-home consultation team and you will uphold the highest standards of customerservice by following-up on the appointments to ensure the customer needs have been met.Self-motivation and tenacity to achieve and exceed sales targets will all be key to being successful in this role. You will be keen to make our showroom a success by driving sales by maintaining the highest possible standards within the showroom, supportingour visual merchandising team with innovative eye catching updates.In return you will get to develop your skills alongside an experienced sales team whilst completing a tailored development plan. Exceptional time management skills will ensure that you deliver on your objectives whilst developing in the role and you willtherefore be confident in using a computer to help with the efficient organisation of appointments and recording of appointment outcomes.This position is apart time position working 20 hours per week.
