Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Engineer required for this new exciting position working for a B2B SaaS provider based in Guildford, Surrey.Their SaaS product set is used by medium to large scale customers all over the word in the Food & Beverage sector - a background in ERP, Supply Chain, WMS or similar ideal.The JobWorking in a small team you will have technical responsibility for developing customers through the pre-sales and post-sales process. You will understand each customers needs and show how the application’s features and non-functional capabilities (security, integration, cloud infrastructure etc.) will transform their organisation. You will continue with the customer through to project implementation, supporting the design process and ensuring that the original vision and benefits are driven through for the customer.The product tackles complex problems so we require a fast learner who is used to working on challenging SaaS products and able to present solutions in an empathetic and understandable way so becoming a trusted advisor to users and IT departments.You will work with new and existing SaaS customers via face to face meetings and written communication. Although you will spend most of your time working from their Guildford, Surrey office, you will occasionally travel to customer sites worldwide, mainly Europe, Australia and the US. Also, presentations sometimes have to be delivered outside normal working hours to suit the customer’s time zone.You will work closely with the sales and delivery team ensuring the team deliver the best solution for the customer.Experience Required
