Job Description

Are you looking for a new opportunity to work as part of a busy, friendly and well-respected IFA firm, providing pension administrative support for employers based in Surrey & LondonPart Time 28hrs per weekPro-rata salary up to £18,000 per annum (12.36 per hour/£24,000 FTE)This is an exciting, fast paced and varied role, which will include liaising with clients, HR & Payroll Services. The successful client will receive full training and report directly to the Employee Benefits Head of Department.Day to day activities and responsibilities;

  • Managing employers auto enrolment process (training provided).
  • Producing accurate pension member correspondence.
  • Checking employer payroll & pension reports.
  • Dealing with scheme member queries.
  • Accurate data input and keeping back office system updated.
  • Scanning documents & running ad-hoc administration projects.
  • Working closely with the Department Head and fellow team members.
  • Do you have
  • Previous experience with an IFA provider or pension provider.
  • Knowledge and understanding of defined contribution pension products, especially group personal pensions.
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • A professional, proactive and positive attitude.
  • Working knowledge of Adviser Office (IRESS) - training will be given.
  • Key requirements;
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and fully IT literate.
  • Strong attention and accuracy to detail.
  • Ability to plan workloads and manage conflicting demands and deadlines.
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work autonomously as well as collectively within a strong team environment.
