Patient Pathway TrackerCancer Services TeamAgenda for Change Band 4Fixed term 12 month contract Full Time (37.5 hours)The Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust cancer services team are seeking a motivated individual to actively track and facilitate waiting times for individual patients to ensure National and internal cancer waiting times standards and targets are met.Your role will be pivotal in supporting the Cancer Services team in achieving the Trust’s cancer performance by actively tracking patients through the cancer pathway. Duties include (but are not limited to) collating clinical information for the Trust Cancer performance meetings, inputting data into the Trust databases and liaising with various departments in order to expedite appointments and results.You will be part of a team and need to be flexible and innovative in your approach to your role. Excellent interpersonal, organisational skills and attention to detail are required for this position.Full training will be given.
