Want to get on board Wed love to speak with you.As a Training Consultant at Silverbear, youll be working with the Head of Training to build and deliver training products and services to meet the needs of Silverbear clients and contribute to the achievement of our target revenue and margin.In this highly autonomous role youll work under minimal supervision to create, maintain and improve training assets including documentation, recorded content and internal and external wikis and deliver training to new and existing clients as well as internalstakeholders in a range of formats including on-site and online via video or our bespoke LMS.Youll work closely with each client as well as members of the delivery team to ensure that Silverbear product training is tailored appropriately and therefore results in an increase in positive customer feedback and customer satisfaction (NPS).RequirementsAt least two years experience of delivering technology / IT training via face to face, e learning and digital media and ideally will hold a recognised training qualification.Experience of producing hard copy user/training documentation to industry and professional standardsAn articulate and confident communicator who has experience of developing and maintaining excellent client relationshipsAn advantage would be to have working knowledge of CRM Dynamics applicationsEnhanced customer care and communication skills; ability to adjust training delivery to a wide range of user abilities and experiences is essentialSelf-starter who is able to prioritise and organise own workload, demonstrates great attention to detail, can develop and follow internal work procedures and consistently meets internal and external deadlines.BenefitsWe securely manage over £440 million of subscriptions, donations, and payments every year to support the foundation of our clients memberships.
