IT Support Analyst - Fluent GermanAn animal health software company based in Guildford are looking to grow their IT Support team with the appointment of a Bilingual Support Analyst.The Support Analyst will be working as part of a team responsible for providing 1st line software support to clients that utilise the companies internally developed software. Youll be liaising with users on the telephone and via email and will have theautonomy to troubleshoot and resolve the queries yourself.
