HRLife are working with a really interesting, diverse business to recruit them a credible, pro-active HR Manager either on a permanent or 12 month FTC basis.There is flexibility to work from home but there is an expectation you will spend 1 day a week in Guildford, Surrey and 1 day a week in their office close to Salisbury, Wiltshire so flexibility to travel to both is required.Having gone through lots of change and setting up a new division of the business in 2021, there is lots to do!Working closely with the senior leadership and HR Director, you will be a great influencer, be able to build credible relationships and help drive the HR strategy and demonstrate and promote the true value HR can bring.Key responsibilities will include;- Partnering with the senior leaders and line managers to provide sound advice and guidance on all HR related activity- Proactively engaging with managers to upskill them to ensure they can adapt and grow as the business changes- Providing advice and manage all Employee relations cases with a positive outcome- Capturing, reviewing and analysing key people metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform key decisions- Championing and embedding the values-driven culture to ensure a positive, happy place to work with highly engaged employees- Overseeing the recruitment strategy to ensure great people are attracted, hired and onboarded- Managing key projects that align to the overall business strategy- Harmonising and ensuring all parts of the business are working together effectively, streamline any processes to avoid duplication and make recommendations for improvementsThis role would suit an operationally focused, generalist HR Manager who can adapt and tailor their approach, is used to working in a changing, fast paced business and can deal with an element of ambiguity.Ideally able to start early September, you will be able at short notice / 1 month maximum.
