I am supporting the firms Head of HR and L&D with her search for an incredible HR Manager to join the team and partner with the business senior stakeholders to challenge and support existing workplace practices and behaviors.They are a great team of wonderful hard working and collaborative people who believe that enjoying what you do must the primary factor of your day. They are looking for someone with a similar work ethic and collaborative personality to join their business andhelp them as they continue to grow. The role will report to the head of HR and L&D and will be located in their surrey office working closely with the Head of HR and L&D and the other HR and L&D managers to improve business performance and the employee experience by being the key point of contactfor partners and staff on all operational HR matters. The HR manager role will operate across multiple levels, taking responsibility for the day-to-day HR operations, performance management, to all stages of HR project work from inception to delivery.In incoming HR manager will further develop the business HR function and services it provides. They will also be responsible supporting the coaching and upskilling of partners, head of departments and business service managers in the development of their people management skills. This is a great opportunity for an engaging and talented HR specialist with previous experience as Manager or HR Business Partner who is confident and can influence stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate will be commercially astute and have agood understanding of the practical applications of HR. Previous experience having worked within a professional services partner led environment would be necessary for this role.
