Job Description

The role focuses on providing HR administration support to the business and HR team and is involved throughout the entire employee life-cycle.Client DetailsA Technology Company.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the HR Coordinator in Guildford will be:

  • General HR Administration; producing letters, offer paperwork and running reports from HR system & filing associated paperwork
  • Administration of HR system; new joiner & leaver processing, re-organisation updates & job & pay changes, always ensuring the HR system is always up to date
  • New joiner induction sessions
  • Responsible for benefit schemes
  • Payroll reporting; processing all payroll related reports on a monthly basis which includes pension & share scheme payments
  • Dealing with all maternity, paternity & shared parental leave queries & generating calculations for payroll
  • Work permits applications and renewals ensuring full compliance
  • Employee Consultative forum secretary; organising, minuting meetings, chasing actions
  • HR system queries and verifications
  • Co-ordinating part-timers Bank Holidays allocation
  • Responsible for Long Service Awards and associated gift purchasing
  • Ordering Thank You Vouchers and generating associated letter
  • Dealing with general HR queries from employees
  • Annual pay review administration; producing letters and uploading into HR database
  • Annual P11d calculation and production
  • Monthly Airbus headcount reporting
  • Generating monthly HR Statistics dashboard
  • Assisting Finance department with monthly time-sheets
  • Management and coordination of bi-annual company events
  • Conducting exit interviews for leavers
  • Document management system administration for HR team
  • Supporting the HR Business Partner and Head of HR with any current HR Projects
  • Providing recruitment administration support; arranging interviews, candidate feedback, managing recruitment database, as required
ProfileThe successful HR Coordinator in Guildford will have:
  • CIPD qualification or studying towards not essential but beneficial
  • Proven strong administration experience
  • Previous experience within an HR environment preferred but not essential
  • Experienced in MS packages: particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience of using HR & recruitment software/databases preferred but not essential
  • Experience in a high tech/ busy & dynamic organisation preferred but not essential
  • Excellent inter-personal skills; approachable, assertive & empathetic
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines
  • Results orientated, can-do approach
  • Flexible and able to multi-task & prioritise; managing a number of different issues simultaneously
  • Pro-active and able to take initiative

Job OfferOn offer to the successful candidate:
  • 12 month FTC
  • Salary up to £30,000
  • 32 days holidays per year (excluding public holidays)
