HR AdministratorLocation: GuildfordSalary £30,500-£35,000(12 Month Fixed Term Contract)My client who are within the Asset Leasing industry, are seeking a HR Administrator to join their team on a 12 Month FTC. To apply for this position you will need to have previous experience within a similar position, be a team player with excellent attentionto detail.Daily DutiesEnsuring professional HR support in relation to different tasks such as compensation and benefit, talent acquisition, talent development, apprenticeships and other HR related mattersBeing the first contact point and providing professional support and consultancy to our managers and employees on HR-related topicsProviding international HR administration support and constantly monitoring employee files & HR databaseSupporting the Head of HR in tasks required by the parent companySupporting the constant development and improvement of local HR operational practices and servicesWorking together with HR colleagues in other countries and participating in cross-divisional HR projectsRegularly updating ones knowledge on innovations, trends and news/ updates in HRManaging the recruitment needs for the company, liaising with agencies, arranging interviews and following up with Managers.Experience and SkillsA level calibre, with relevant HR qualification or appropriate work-based experience.Superb organisational skills with the ability to multi taskA team player, organised, with excellent attention to detail.A natural rapport builder able to quickly engage with a wide variety of people.
